Cast Away With Colour Theory's Autumn / Winter Collection

Cast away this season with the launch of Colour Theory’s Autumn/Winter 2015 Collection ‘Nautical but Nice’. Inspired by the colour diversity displayed on this season’s catwalks, the collection sees a comeback to the looks showcased originally in the 90’s with interesting combinations of bluish accents, metallic shimmers and racy reds.

From left to right: Isle of Red, Love Boat, Coral Reef, Ahoy Sailor!, Abandon Ship!, Eye Pencil in Midnight, Calm Before the Storm, Face Primer, Waterproof Mascara , She Sells Seashells, Deep Blue Sea and Gun Metal

Beauty Ambassador for Amcal, Amcal Max and Guardian Pharmacies, Rachael Finch says, “I absolutely love the sailor theme and the names of the products are super cute!” The range includes 4 new lipsticks, 3 new nail polishes and a 5-step eye shadow palette.

5-Step Eye Shadow Palette- $10
Eyes are strong and intense with dark shadows and metallic shades creating a deep and lasting effect on all who drift into your gaze. Be the master and commander with metallic eye shadow in Calm Before the Storm.

Lipsticks - $6
Red strikes back making a major statement this season with lips being all about punchy shades of wine and crimson. Mesmerise all with Love Boat, a racy red containing a gold metallic frosted shimmer, magnetic to all that encounter it. Keep it sophisticated yet edgy in Abandon Ship or Ahoy Sailor, creamy reds that will keep your lips moisturised and glossy. For the calmer sea princess, reel them in with the soft yet alluring Coral Reef.

Nail Polish - $4 (Made in Australia)
Want to nail it, then do so with deep shades in Isle of Red, to match your punchy pout. Roll with the tides in the nautical navy Deep Blue Sea or go naughty and nude in She Sells Seashells, which are a perfect pair when matched together!

The range also includes shades from the core Colour Theory range including Face Primer $10, Mascara in Waterproof $8, Eye Pencil in Midnight $6 and Nail Polish in Gun Metal $4. Just remember to not go overboard or you’ll be forced to walk the plank!
