Eleven: Sea Salt Texture Spray - Review

Summer is almost here, better start getting those beachy waves controlled and styled to look natural and beautiful. Beachy hair no longer has to be synonymous with unkempt tresses with the new Sea Salt Texture Spray from ELEVEN Australia.

I'm a girl that suffers from dry ends from time to time. It can be a huge pain, as products tends to dry them out, and leaves my hair feeling like straw. Has anyone ever had the same problem?

I came across Sea Salt Texture Spray from Eleven, it claims to condition your hair, while adding volume to create those gorgeously free waves. I couldn't say no to this one!

 

This product can be used on both wet or dry hair, I found it easier to apply while my hair was still damp, then finished it off with a blow dryer / diffuser to ensure the product was locking into my roots and not just sitting ontop of my hair. I get better results when doing that, also got extra volume from the texture inside the product! I was very amazed that I got beachy waves and volume all over.

 

Its suitable for all hair types, styles, and textures, the lightweight mist can be sprayed on the roots or ends of the hair depending on the need for volume or thickness.

As Summer is just around the concer, keeping your skin healthy and hydrated is very important. Without doing so, your skin will be flaky, dry, rough and could lead to cracking. By moisturising your skin daily can make a huge difference, not only would it be smooth but reduces the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture and loss of firmness. 

When using this product, I'd apply it in the morning and again before bed. To ensure that my skin got the hydration it needed in the most important times of the day. The formula is quite thin, smooths onto the skin nicely. With just one pump can cover your whole face. There isn't much scent towards this product. That's pretty much a good thing to me, cause I don't like moisturisers having a scent.

When used daily as directed this skin anti-ageing must-have works to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture and loss of firmness, leaving the skin looking more youthful and radiant. This broad spectrum sun cream SPF 30+ may assist in preventing solar keratosis, sun spots and reducing the risk of some skin cancers.

After 3 weeks of using this product every single day, I did notice some changes to my skin. I honestly wish I took before and after photos cause I can't even explain how well it's changed my skin. It's help reduce the dark circles under my eyes, help smooth out uneven skin tone between my face and neck and most importantly given my skin that extra hydration that it needs.

Santa's Magical Kingdom.

And, of course, the day would not be complete without Mrs Claus and her favourite Christmas friends; plus most importantly of all, the jolly man himself!

Everyone Waiting To Head Inside Santa's Magical Kingdom.

The clock hit 7pm and the doors opened for the first time, at Santa's Magical Kingdom on Friday 15th November. As the enjoyment kept building as you walked closer and closer to the doors, you'd feel like a little kid again. Your inter child is about to be released. There was even a few celebrities that attended opening night such as: Chelsea Gibb, Ryan Moloney, Kimberley Davies, Anthony & Susie Koutoufides, My Kitchen Rules girls Angela and Melina Bagnato along with Patti Newton 

I brought along with me, my boyfriend Tyler and his younger sister Marli on the night. As we were heading towards the Burnley Oval, you'd notice, the massive Tent, Ferris Wheel and Massive Slide. It's not hard to miss. As we got inside, we headed straight for the Ferris Wheel. Parents are welcome to jump on in too, beware might get a little squishy. The perfect timing to get the littles one all excited, and enjoying the view over Santa's Kingdom.

Once the ride was finished, we headed back inside to SNOWLAND! Where you can find Santa's sleigh, few reindeers, Christmas light and a massive amount of beautiful snow! Within moments, were covered. It really does bring that white snowy Christmas feeling, that Australia doesn't have. 

Rides were the next stop. Don't worry about spending to much money on these, because ITS FREE! yep, you read that right. Totally unlimited for the whole night. Santa's Sleight (ride) was the biggest highlight. Everyone was cheering "ho-ho-ho" to go faster and faster.. and also backwards. Id say this ride was more aimed towards us big kids, but also available to the younger one. There is only 5 rides, so give yourself enough time to ensure the kids are having fun and cover as many of them, cause remember, they're free! Outside there was a huge slide, be prepared to get puffed out while walking up. At that very moment as Tyler and Marli reached the top, they had to walk back down as it started to rain. There is a lot to take in - including story time area with Mrs Claus and decorated areas of Sand Art, Santa Letters and Gingerbread man making.

At 8pm, were required into the second tent to view a 40 minute circus performance. I was pretty much super excited for this one, as I've never seen a circus show before. Don't need to worry about trying to get inside first, as all the seats are the best seats in the house. Super close to the stage. Also have a pram area, to park while you're seated inside. As the show started, Santa came out a greeted everyone with his Christmas whishes' and also brought out Christmas Angel. Followed with acts by: Diablo, German Wheel, Football Dogs, Slivers Magic Illusions and The Globe Of Death. You wont be left disappointed. The whole performance left us with jaw dropping action to the extreme. I do have to admit, I kept looking at Tyler and Marli to see if they're having fun but Marli was more interested in the ice cream that was handed out before the show. haha.

After the circus we were back inside the main tent, finishing off the thing couple of things. Such as visiting Santa, telling him what we wanted for Christmas - Marli asked for all toys and no carrots on her wish list. Santa couldn't help but laugh and finished with - "you better be a kind little girl and the elfs were do their magic." We did end up getting a photo as it was truly a wonderful night and what better way to seal the night with a Christmas Santa photo. All photos start at $22.95+ and you can also buy merchandise like snow globes, photo frames at an extra fee.

10pm was the official closing time, but they didn't show signs of closing. They kept the fun going. The whole night was worth it. The production of set up was mind blowing - the lights and Christmas music does get you into the holiday sprit. It honestly doesn't even feel like Christmas until you walk through the doors at SMK. This is truly the perfect family fun day, the kids will love the rides, entertainment and all the amazing things they can do.

It was quite simple but yet very eye catching. It's in a plastic tube with a screw on lid. The lid does screw on tightly, so it's very travel friendly! Also has a matte kinda feel to the tube. Which is also amazing! 

The texture of this foundations is thick and kinda mousse-like, it came out of the tub solid, but easily can be glided onto the skin that helps it smooths out perfectly and creamy. I applied the product with my fingers, As this product is solid, I thought it would be thick and hard to blend into the skin. I clearly was shown up. It blended evenly with a gorgeous matte finish.  It's full coverage and doesn't have that cakey look or feel, that we all hate. It's also hides redness and partially covers blemishes.

This liquid mousse foundation is amazing. I love the finish, it was quite matte and I didn't have to apply any powder. It did last all day without any shiny areas, fading nor reapplying. I might just replace all my old foundations with this one!

I normally use a BB cream on days that I don't want to wear a full face for makeup, just something that can allow my skin to breath but still gives a flawless coverage. Now that I've found a CC cream that does everything a BB cream does and more!

It's a light foundation that is packed full of goodness and addresses skin related issues such as shallowness, and redness. It is great for people that have acne prone or dull skin, dark spots or constant redness. The texture of the product is very similar to a liquid foundation, very creamy and thick. When blended into your skin, it's very lightweight. Best to use your fingers or damp beauty blender when applying this product to ensure you get a fuller / dewy coverage. I liked that the cc cream lasted all though the day without reapplying.

This product would work best for girls with smooth oily skin. It does even out skin tone and leave a matte finish quite moisturizing and leaves flawless coverage. I don't think it would suit dry skin, it would just look patchy and stick to the dry areas on your face.

Let's talk Concealer! It's been such a huge must have product for me lately, as I work in retail, travel awhile to get there, I need something that's able to cover those dark circles under my eyes.

I have tried many products but none have won my heart as quickly as the Couleur Caramel Dark Circle Concealer did. 

The packaging of the box is Eco friendly, made with recycled cardboard then inside the product comes packaged in a small cardboard pot that can easily be rotated or pulled right off. 

The concealer itself is quite lovely and creamy, it effortlessly provides flawless coverage on my skin wherever it’s placed. On the skin it feels so light and my skin breathes easily. The texture is very smooth when you sweep your finger across the top of the formula. It stays firm on the skin, without the caking or excess build up. It covers those dark circles in seconds. 

Not only do I use this concealer underneath my eyes, but also my brow bone to give that flawless brow lift, eye lids to get a fuller pigments from my eye shadows and also to cover small pimples. The product does help with almost anything I use it for. 

I am really happy with its staying power too. I get day long coverage from the very first application. Doesn't need to be reapplied throughout the day. Super easy to remove at night, unlike most concealers that to stick to the creases or lines understand your eyes.

When it comes to warmer months, everyone loves that natural, flawless sun kissed look. Instead of using those silly fake tanning sprays, Rimmel London has a Bronzer that can give the results of a golden goddess without laying outside in the smoking hot sun.

As I'm a huge lover for bronzers, I love to try all different types, to see what brands have the best pigments, results, colour lasting and sometimes the design of the product. Rimmel London Match Perfection Bronzer has quite a unique design, it had a swirl pattern, kinda reminds me of the sand from the beach. With three different tones of shades. Darker tan, Lighter tan than a small blue centre containing an embossed Rimmel crown.

The centre contains Blue Sapphire pigments that help boost a healthy looking glow and to counteract those orange tones, to give a fresher natural tanned look. Seeing the blue was kinda odd, as I've never seen anything like that before, it's invisible when switched, so you don't have to worry about a blue line across your face. 

This Bronzer goes on real smooth, and doesn't have that orange or harsh tones. Although it does have a golden shimmer to it, which can be toned down if you blend really well. Just a simple sweep across the cheeks and youve got that summer bronze glow.
